Mark W. Heckele

Attorney, Managing Partner, Giordano Spanier & Heckele, PLLC

Mark W. Heckele is a licensed attorney in Arizona, admitted to appear before the Arizona Supreme Court and United States District Court, District of Arizona. He is presently the Managing Partner at Giordano Spanier & Heckele, PLLC, and his legal practice focuses on civil litigation and transactional law in the areas of Real Estate, Business Law, and Estate Planning. His firm, however, is a full-service law firm, handling matters across all legal disciplines, including family law, criminal defense/DUI, bankruptcy, employment matters, personal injury, and intellectual property matters.

 

Mr. Heckele is a “native” Tucsonan, and alumnus of Salpointe Catholic High School. Thereafter, he attended the University of Arizona, where he earned his B.S. in Microbiology from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, M.B.A. from the Eller College of Management, and J.D. in law from the James E. Rogers College of Law.

 

After obtaining his degrees, Mr. Heckele joined the Law Office of Drue A. Morgan-Birch, P.C. before founding The Heckele Law Firm PLLC, in March 2010. In July 2010, Mr. Heckele was invited to affiliate with the reputable firm of Karp & Weiss, P.C., as an attorney of counsel. In April, 2012, Mr. Heckele joined Dorris & Giordano, P.L.C. as an attorney of counsel. And, in May 2013, Mark W. Heckele helped form Giordano Spanier & Heckele, PLLC.

 

In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Heckele has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona for over 12 years, focusing primarily on residential resale, contracts, property management and landlord-tenant issues. He also owns and operates Premier Education, a real estate school providing continuing education for licensed real estate professionals.

 

Mr. Heckele is active throughout the business, legal and philanthropic community, and is/was: the President of the Pima County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (YLD); state representative for the American Bar Association YLD; a member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court; alumnus of Phi Alpha Delta; an Advocate for the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA); board member of Tucson Young Professionals; a member of Business Networking International; and board member of the German-American Club of Tucson. Mr. Heckele was also recognized by Inside Tucson Business as one of Tucson’s “Up & Comers.”
