Marcel Dabdoub
Developer, Investment Manager
Marcel Dabdoub earned his bachelor degree from Boston University with a double concentration in finance and international management. After working as a financial analyst for a few years after college, Marcel went back to school to earn his JD/MBA and worked as an attorney for several years time with a focus on real estate and commercial transactions before transitioning to business full-time. His real estate projects cover a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential developments and redevelopments, including the conversion of an industrial facility in Mexico into a multi-tenant shopping center, and the acquisition and (current or pending) renovation of five historic downtown buildings. Marcel is also committed to his community, serving as board president for the Casa Hogar Madre Conchita girls’ orphanage in Nogales, Mexico, founder and director of the Madre Conchita Foundation — a 501(c)(3) supporting organization to benefit the girls’ orphanage, and board member of the Pima County Real Estate Research Council, the Catholic Tuition Support Organization, and Southern Arizona Community Foundation Properties.
