Brandon Rodgers formed Torch Properties in 2019 to build and manage an investment property portfolio in order to create income and wealth for his investors. In 2021 the company expanded to include a brokerage division, BRD Realty.  Brandon  is a native Tucsonan with a family background in commercial real estate, and has been active in the commercial real estate field since 2004.  

Prior to forming Torch Properties, Brandon spent close to 10 years as a Principal and agent with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and before that 5 years as an agent with CBRE, both in the Tucson, AZ market.  Brandon's brokerage career yielded deep relationships within the Tucson commercial real estate community, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the Tucson industrial market.tinues to remain available for your review upon request.
