Allen is passionate about Jesus, family, service, and creative problem solving.

 

Allen is a founder of Alamos Industries LLC — Sundt Construction’s in-house design, engineering, and fabrication division. At Alamos, he is able to provide his industry specific expertise as a Director of Business Development for mining and adjacent industries. He is also the owner/principal of H5 Engineering & Consulting LLC. With over two decades of mechanical engineering leadership and extensive mining community involvement, he is a registered PE in the state of Arizona and California with an extensive background in mechanical and piping engineered systems.

 

Off the clock, he has been an active member of AMIGOS (Arizona Mining Gets Our Support) since 2011, Nexus Executives since 2011, and the Society of Mining Engineering (SME) since 2005. He volunteers for CDO Soccer Alliance regularly, and is nearly bi-lingual in Spanish/English. Originally born and raised in the SF Bay Area, Allen moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona. There he met his wife Michelle, and together, they now cherish and enjoy their two daughters. Allen enjoys golfing, soccer, and will ski anything!
