Aaron Skoczen, Owner of Aaron & Co

​

Aaron is the owner of a residential design-build remodeling firm and a construction and business leader with a background in structural engineering and executive finance. Educated as a structural engineer, he has spent his career working at the intersection of design, construction, and business operations.

 

He has previously served as a Chief Financial Officer for multiple companies, where he was responsible for financial strategy, operations, and profitability. Drawing on both technical and financial expertise, Aaron is known for guiding complex projects and decisions with a practical, systems-oriented approach that balances performance, risk, and long-term outcomes.

 

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through hiking and other outdoor activities, which help him stay grounded and balanced. He is also actively involved in his community, serving on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Tucson and Financial Executives and Affiliates of Tucson (FEAT), and as Treasurer of the Autism Society of Southern Arizona.
